Performance Criteria: Participants must maintain a minimum attendance of 90% throughout the training program. They should achieve a passing grade of at least 80% in all assessments and practical assignments.
Certification Requirement: Participants must successfully pass the eligibility assessment Exam at the end of the training program.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to a professional code of conduct during the training, which includes respecting fellow participants, instructors, and staff. Any act of plagiarism, cheating, or unethical behaviour may result in disqualification from the job assurance benefits.
Skill Assessment: A post-training skill assessment will be conducted to evaluate participants’ technical proficiency and readiness for the job market.
Job Readiness Workshop: Participants must attend and actively participate in the job readiness workshops offered by the training program. These workshops will cover resume building, interview skills, and soft skills development.
Internship Completion: If the training program includes an internship component, participants must successfully complete the internship period and receive a satisfactory evaluation from the hosting company.
Placement Partner Preference: Participants will be given priority for job placement with partner companies associated with Techfellah Technology Research Center. However, job assurance does not guarantee placement in a specific company.
Industry Requirements: Job assurance is subject to meeting the current industry demands and requirements. Participants should be willing to relocate or consider job opportunities in line with industry demands.
Job Placement Timeline: Participants must actively engage in the job placement process within three months from the completion of the training program to avail the job assurance benefits.
Job Assurance Period: The job assurance benefits will be valid for a period of six months from the completion of the training program. During this period, the training institute will actively assist participants in securing suitable employment.
Please note that job assurance is contingent upon fulfilling the above terms and prevailing job market conditions. Techfellah reserves the right to modify or terminate the job assurance benefits in exceptional circumstances. Participants are encouraged to discuss any queries regarding job assurance terms with the support team.
